KEVIN SMITH, Ph.D. is a Senior Vice President and Organizational Development Specialist. Dr. Smith is responsible for new product development and personnel assessment. He is a professor at the University of Phoenix and a past trainer for Accuride, the Orange County Register, Hudson RCI, and the Guidant Corporation. ANNE ALLOWAY, B.A. is a Senior Instructional Designer. Ms. Alloway is Horizon's client and vendor liaison regarding instructional design and project coordination. Ms. Alloway designs and trains core training units in support of organizational goals. She has experience in public and private educational instruction, event coordination, administration, and advertising.
LYNETT CABLK, M.S. is an Instructional Designer. Ms. Cablk has co-authored publications with well-known authors such as Dr. Tony Alessandra and Dr. Phillip Wexler. She served the Department of Education with distinction in U.S. Samoa as the Director of Instructional Design.
GONZALO FERRO, P.E. is a Bilingual Performance Trainer. Mr. Ferro is bilingual in Spanish and English. He specializes in Supervisory and Management skills training for emerging leaders as well as technical skills including Geometric Tolerancing, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Blue Print Reading . Mr. Ferro has trained internationally and his clients include the Ken Blanchard Companies.
